Yeah, hmm...

Hmm...

so in the absence of everything tell me what's left? what do you use to punctuate our lives... not every soul is deserving of a legacy? i kind of hate my life in its current state... it's stagnant and it lacks any true form. i am pregnant with ideas that get aborted before they gain any traction for birth. but it is what i make it right? who else can decide but me? and if i don't want to make those decisions? hmm... there it goes again more thoughts, becoming more random and caustic... i'm an idea merchant working the lobby of a flea market... a blowing seed...

All about caring. Or not.

Who really cares?

no one is really giving a shit now any way. to many self serving ass holes in the world... so who really cares? i think some people might care too much about insignificant things that do not matter. people rage about out rage and not about things that matter. that's enough, i've had my therapy for today so...

What's that now???

Her...

so i am newly divorced... i know i said that before and it's no longer "newly" but i have been dating... and i have been very upfront about my intentions but i feel like i am being strong armed into a relationship... i don't really care about anyone right not (no emotional baggage)... women (the ones that i now) insist on telling me that "you're afraid to get close cause you might get hurt..." that is tired and so untrue... i don't want to be monogamous... now ladies if a man told you that, i mean up front gave you the truth would you believe him? if he said "i want to sleep with other women, this has nothing to do with you and everything to do with my appetites" what would you say? remember you have a choice to say "i don't want to deal with you than" and simply walk away... or enjoy the time...

now i am just slick enough to "date" more than one woman at a time, telling lies locking my phone and computer you know the shit most married men do... but life is short and i would rather not play those type of games... so i say up front, a relationship is not what im looking for, i am not looking for marriage, i am looking for a friendship and comedy and joy and all the things that dont come with commitment. just my thoughts...

Life,,,,

I haven't done this in a while... my way of shamelessly spewing the contents of my brain out so I can live without the urge to hang myself from... well you get what I'm saying.

I am in the process of getting a divorce. I really hurt my future ex-wife... I tend to hurt people perhaps I need some work? Who knows really??? I mean everyone thinks that they know and perhaps they do know... what's right for them.

So I was with this beautiful woman that I really love and she doesn't believe me... I am so over trying to make people believe me so I shall go on... at least I believe me? Yeah I like that... question mark :-)

Neurosis...

Everyone wants heaven but no one wants to die... we seek and we find and sometimes we don't like the taste... but we've made our plate and we must live with it. "It's not me its my neurosis..." Good give a fuck! Life is difficult and it is that way in part because we make it that way. What have I done to offend? Does it even matter? No not one bit because we won't improve ourselves. We will just shape our sorrows into a crutch an take it to the next encounter.

It been a while...

Haven't had much to say that would make a difference in the world. Been playing WoW a lot, to my wife's chagrin. But its fun EVERYONE NEEDS TO TRY BEFORE THEY JUDGE. Hm I think I'm done for now but I might be back. I am looking for an app that will let me do this from my iPhone. If anyone has a suggestion please let me know, thanks all... gotta go!

Fear of a Black Planet

Growing up in America as a Black person is very interesting to say the least. I have always know that I was different. I mean, my parents never said "boy you different and people are going to treat you differently." My first experience with racism was at a very early age, I grew up in the 80's a product of the Regan era. I say product because it seemed like the poor and particularly the black poor were marginalized, we were the answer to the question "What's wrong with America?" I grew up in a segregated community. Not legally segregated but psychologically segregated. I the suburbs of Chicago where I was raised there were very few white people. To go back today you would fine even fewer whites. No whites wanted to live in my neighborhood for whatever reason, so my primary interactions with white people, they were in positions of authority, the mayor, teachers, police officers, firemen etc. I remember when Regan was running for office and how he said the the reason for the failing American economy was the "welfare queens" having children out of control and living off of the public. Now, my mother was for most of you childhood on welfare. As a very young person watching my mother become villianized caused great internal conflict. I never knew shame before this.

I think that its very difficult to be Black in America. It's kind of like not being able to read, you are living outside of the mainstream world and you can't actively participate. In America, you are still expected to live up to the same standards of everyone else. I have a really good friend who said that I'm "different" from other Black people that she has met. I'm not sure what her meaning was behind that statement but my guess was that having grown up in a predominantly white world and learning about Black people from the news media what was available at the time she grew up in text books can I blame her?

I have to go now but I intend to revisit this at a later date.

The N-word.

Good Morning!

Morning world.

Just thinking about the RNC and some of the take aways. How Mayor Rudy smirked when he mentioned that Obama was a community organizer. Now as I understand it politicians are public servants that service their communities. Hm Mayor Rudy...almost laughable. I'm glad I live in this country, because I can say things that sound totally ridiculous.

Of course there are things that I don't like about the iPhone 3G but so what! there are things that I don't like about my BlackBerry but as I mentioned, its never leaving my side! Besides can't I have two cool phone?

And all you haters please stop looking for flaws, we all have them why wouldn't the things we create have them?
